Abstract

This study aimed at analyzing the influence of competence, motivation, work environment, and discipline on employee performance at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The research design was descriptive and quantitative explanatory, with a multivariate analysis method. The sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data were collected by using a question instrument and was analyzed using a structural equation method.  The results of this study concluded that, partially, the variables of competence, motivation, work environment, and discipline had a significant impact on employee performance. The strength value of the dependent variable showed the results of the multiple correlation value (R2) significantly. The findings of this study served as a managerial consideration for policies aimed at improving employee performance
