Technological advances are changing the lifestyle of Generation Z, but they are also increasing stress which has an impact on their psychological well-being. This study analyzes the influence of Digital Lifestyle, Mindfulness, and Extrinsic Motivation on Psychological Well-being, with Stress Management as mediator. Using a quantitative method with 200 Gen Z respondents in Tembilahan City, data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed with SEM-PLS. The results showed that Mindfulness had the most significant effect on psychological well-being and stress management, while stress management also improved psychological well-being. In contrast, Digital Lifestyle and Extrinsic Motivation have no direct effect on psychological well-being, although extrinsic motivation helps in managing stress. Gen Z's psychological well-being is more influenced by internal factors such as mindfulness. Therefore, strengthening self-awareness and stress management needs to be the focus in efforts to improve their well-being
