Abstract

The aim of this research are researching the influence of career development on performance, researching the influence of motivation on performance, researching the influence of career development on self-efficacy, researching the influence of motivation on self-efficacy, researching the influence of self-efficacy on performance, researching the role of self-efficacy in mediating relation between career development and performance, researching the role of self-efficacy in mediating relation between motivation and performance .This study uses a quantitative method with saturated sampling technique, population in this study are Finance and Administration Officer (FAO) at PT PNM as many as 157 employees, the entire population are used as the research sample, data collection is carried out through the distribution of questionnaires using the Likert scale, data analysis is conducted with the help of SmartPLS-SEM
