In an increasingly complex business era, all industries are working hard to increase their competitiveness. Competitive advantage is the average goal of all industries today. Of course, this is greatly influenced by the effectiveness of human resource management strategies, especially in providing fair compensation and the leadership style applied. Competitive compensation and effective leadership contribute significantly to improving employee performance. The combination of these two factors can create a more productive work environment, increase motivation, and encourage innovation in work. Thus, the compensation and leadership strategies implemented can be a competitive advantage for the company in facing business competition
