Sorghum is a drought-resistant crop that has the potential to produce allelopathic compounds as bioherbicides. Evaluation of Suri 4 and Mandau varieties under different irrigation systems is essential to assess growth adaptability and biomass potential as a natural bioherbicide ingredient. This study aimed to identify sorghum varieties with optimal growth at specific irrigation levels and evaluate biomass as a raw material for natural herbicides. The study used a two-factor Randomized Group Design with four treatment combinations and four replications, involving two sorghum varieties (Suri 4 and Mandau) and two irrigation patterns (every day and every 4 days). The results showed that Suri 4 and Mandau varieties had relatively similar growth patterns. Daily irrigation resulted in better growth, while every 4 days increased the production of secondary metabolites that could act as bioherbicides
