The Effect of Workload and Work Motivation on Turnover Intention Through Job Satisfaction as a Mediating Variable

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work motivation on turnover intention with job satisfaction as a mediating variable at PT Sansan Saundratex Jaya 8. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were 124 respondents. This research is 124 respondents. The data analysis technique uses PLS-SEM with Smart-PLS 4.0 software. The results showed that workload has a negative effect on job satisfaction, work satisfaction burden, workload has a positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a positive effect on turnover intention, work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work motivation has a positive effect on turnover intention. job satisfaction, work motivation has a negative effect on turnover intention, workload has a negative effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction and work motivation has a positive effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction
