Risk Analysis and Mitigation with House of Risk on Supply Chain of Internet Service Provider Start-up Company

Abstract

PT. Radja Telcon Utama, an internet service provider company, encounters the possibility of disruption and uncertainty in its supply chain. This research aims to analyze and develop a risk mitigation plan to minimize or eliminate potential disruptions within the company’s supply chain. The mapping and analysis are conducted using the Supply Chain Operations Reference model and House of Risk methodology. Primary data was collected through interviews. The qualitative data obtained were then analyzed using data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing techniques. The validity of the data was ensured using triangulation method. Based on the result of this research, a total of 27 risk events were identified, originating from 29 risk agents, of which 14 risk agents were prioritized to be mitigated. It is recommended for the company to implementing mitigation actions which have been identifed that can serve as a strategic reference for the company in managing supply chain risks
