Analysis of the Effectiveness of the Teacher Empowerment Program Towards Improving the Quality of Education at Alam Bukit Akasia Elementary School, Sumedang

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of teacher empowerment programs in improving educational quality at Alam Bukit Akasia Elementary School, Sumedang. Using a quantitative approach with a descriptive-verificative design, the research involved 50 teachers selected through a census technique. Data were collected via questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results reveal that teacher empowerment has a positive and significant effect on educational quality, with a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.68 and a t -value of 8.45 > t -table of 2.01. Empowerment through professional training, institutional support, and digital literacy effectively enhances teaching performance and the school's quality culture. These findings highlight the importance of continuous teacher empowerment strategies in improving basic education quality in the digital era
