The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies of teachers, principals, and supervisors. The results show that teachers at Dahai Public Elementary School have fulfilled most of the professional competency indicators as stipulated in the Minister of National Education Regulation Number 16 of 2007 , especially in the aspects of mastery of teaching materials and learning development. However, aspects of digital-based learning innovation and professional reflection still need to be improved.
