The Relationship Between Bullying and Students' Self-Confidence Level at SMA Negeri 12 Bekasi City

Bullying is an aggressive act that is carried out repeatedly and can cause psychological damage, including a decrease in the level of self-confidence of the victim. This community service activity aims to provide students with an understanding of the relationship between bullying and self-confidence, and encourage the creation of a safe and supportive school environment. The activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 12 Bekasi City involving 53 students in classes XI.1 and XI.2. The method used was a live and interactive presentation accompanied by material exposure, quizzes, and discussions. The results of this activity show that the dominant forms of bullying are verbal and social. The students realized that bullying can affect their mental state and self-confidence. With effective communication interventions and strong social support, students are expected to be able to build self-confidence and jointly prevent bullying in the school environment. This activity is the first step towards a more caring and inclusive school culture
