Building Emotional Resilience: Generation Z at Patriot 3 Bekasi Health Vocational School Resilient in the Midst of Challenges

This service activity aims to equip students of SMK Kesehatan Patriot 3 Bekasi with practical insights and strategies to build emotional resilience in the midst of academic pressure and challenges of generation Z. The process is carried out through interactive socialization involving the delivery of materials, question and answer sessions, and educational games. The implementation method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a direct socialization method. The activity took place on May 28, 2025 in the school environment. As a result, students showed a better understanding of the importance of emotional resilience as well as enthusiasm in implementing mental strengthening strategies. The implication is that this activity encourages awareness of the importance of mental health among adolescents
