Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the capacity of farmers in Pattiro Village, Mare District, to implement environmentally friendly, sustainable agribusiness practices. Through training, technology demonstrations, and intensive mentoring, the program successfully improved farmers' knowledge and skills in agricultural waste management, organic fertilizer production, and digital agricultural marketing. Thirty participants actively participated in the program. Evaluation results showed significant improvements in their understanding and practice of sustainable agriculture. This program is expected to become a model for environmentally-based farmer empowerment in other rural areas
