Abstract

This service program aims to optimize the development of ecoprint batik based on local wisdom in Edelweiss Wonokitri Tourism Village using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. The program's partner, Hulun Hyang Farmers Group, previously faced obstacles in business planning, marketing, and the use of cultural values as a competitive advantage. The implementation method uses participatory action research which includes potential identification, technical training on Edelweiss ecoprint motifs, and workshops on the preparation of nine BMC elements. The results of the activity show a significant increase in the entrepreneurial capacity of partners and the transformation of the mindset from product orientation to value orientation. The integration of the Tengger cultural narrative into the product has succeeded in synergizing the craft sector with sustainable ecotourism. This program contributes to strengthening the creative economy of villages based on culture and the environment. In addition. This program recommends advanced assistance on digital marketing to strengthen the village's creative economy
