Jayapura City as the capital of Papua Province faces serious challenges in waste management due to rapid population growth and limited waste infrastructure. This community service activity aims to assist the development of an integrated waste infrastructure system in Jayapura City through a comprehensive regional planning approach. The methods used include field surveys, spatial analysis, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and technical assistance to related stakeholders. The results show that the existing waste infrastructure system is not optimal with service coverage reaching only 65% of the total city area. Through this assistance, an integrated waste infrastructure master plan has been developed covering 15 new TPS locations, 3 composting zones, and 1 integrated recycling center. Implementation of this plan is projected to increase service coverage to 90% within the next 5 years. This community service activity has increased stakeholder capacity in waste infrastructure planning and produced planning documents that can serve as reference for local government
